Packaged Standby Units

When a packaged standby is properly installed with a transfer switch the system is automatic. When utility power fails, the transfer switch senses a drop of upstream voltage. The generator starts and comes automatically on line in a matter of only a few seconds. When utility power returns the switch senses the change and returns the utility power to your home or business and shuts the generator down. It’s all automatic!
